Onboarding Timeline

Getting Started: Quick, Seamless Onboarding

Starting with a new vendor should be as smooth and efficient as possible. Widewail has refined an onboarding process designed to get you up and running fast—often within a week. We handle the heavy lifting and provide guidance on the details, so you’re set up to succeed from day one. Here’s what you can expect:

Step 1: Onboarding Paperwork As soon as you sign up for Widewail, our onboarding team will send a form for you to fill out to collect all of the necessary location and contact information to get your account set up.
Step 2: Schedule Kickoff Call Following the completion of paperwork, we will schedule a 30-45 minute call where an onboarding expert will guide your appropriate team members through setup and training.
Step 3: Integration Setup During the call, we connect Widewail to your review sites (Google, Facebook, Yelp, and industry-specific platforms) and set up integrations with your CRM, DMS, or PMS.
Step 4: Platform Training The second half of the call is where our product experts provide an overview of features and best practices so your team can quickly make the most of Widewail's functionality.
Go Live - Engage: Response Managed Services If you are signing on for any of Widewail's managed services (Engage or Engage Plus), we're ready to start managing your reviews immediately.
Go Live - Invite: Automated Review Generation For SMS-based review generation products (Invite and Invite Video), your sending phone number must be registered with The Campaign Registry. This can take up to 5-10 days, but is often completed sooner. Once we receive confirmation from TCR, you are all set to send review requests using Widewail. (Note: TCR requires an EIN number to register your number).
