The 2024 Automotive Experience Leaders report uses topic data in reviews from the Widewail Automotive Reputation Index to identify brands that lead the industry. This is achieved by combining brand performance in deliberate groupings of topics based on common occurrences in customer reviews.
We’ve selected the topics most often mentioned in both sales and service reviews. The brands with the best overall performance in the selected topics are highlighted in this report.
For example, “knowledgeable” is tagged in 26.42% of positive reviews for Volvo. Of all OEMs, “knowledgeable” is mentioned the most often in its positive reviews. A #1 rank in the topic of “knowledgeable,” along with a high percentage of mentions in a handful of other key topics associated with a great sales experience, contribute to Volvo’s high ranking in this report.
